Dr. Saleh El Sheikh

Dr.Saleh Elsheikh has more than 25 years of professional, academic, teaching, and training experience inside and outside Egypt.
Previously, Vice-Minister of Planning, Monitoring, and Administrative Reform. He was a Member of the Supreme Committee for Administrative Reform headed by the PM of Egypt, Vice-head of the Executive Council of the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), (one of the Arab League regional organizations), Former Advisor at the Ministry of Local Development for Decentralization and Capacity Building, Former Head of the Department of Public Administration, and Acting Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science for Community and Environment Service Affairs, Future University in Egypt, Former Director of the Public Administration Research and Consultations Center, Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University.
In addition, He was a Member of several governmental committees such as the Administrative Reform Committee, New Local Administration Law Drafting Committee, and Civil Service Law Committee, and a Member of several professional associations such as the Arab Administrative Development Organization. And worked as a consultant to many international organizations such as UNWOMEN.
Moreover, He Participated in several conferences inside and outside Egypt and has published several research papers in the field of public administration, administrative reform, organizational development, decentralization, and local reform. As a university professor, has taught several courses and supervised lots of PhD and Master’s theses.
