DEBBI ALI Professor of Management Sciences at Mohammed Boudiaf University – M’sila, and Associate Professor at the National School of Administration – Algeria. His education includes a European Master in Public Management (University of Nancy), Academic Master in Management (University of Pau), and Doctorate in Management Sciences (University of Pau , Academy of Bordeaux – France). He has held several positions of responsibility including: the position of vice-rector of Scientific Research in the years: 2012-2017, Head of the Human Capital division at the National Economic, Social and Environmental Council ( 2020-2023), President of the Scientific Council of the National School of Administration (2021-2024). He has supervised 25 doctoral theses, defended , and published more than 50 articles and participated in more than 80 national and international conferences. He is a member of the MENAPAR Research Network and its scientific director. He is also an expert with United Nations organizations on public policy evaluation issues.
