Ghada Barsoum is a Professor (with tenure) at the Department of Public Policy and Administration at The American University in Cairo (AUC). She has published extensively on issues pertaining to women’s and youth employment, social policies in the Middle East, public sector reforms, and higher education policies. She obtained her PhD in Sociology from the University of Toronto and her master’s degree from AUC
