Ray of Light is a light, beautiful and joyful story

Ray of Light is set in an imaginary fantasy world, where the four elements (fire, earth, water, and air) combine and create their own unique spells, called “ray.” In this fantasy world, magickal creatures, animals and plants exist that interact with the Elements. Humans have developed their own light magical abilities called “ray,” which allows them to take control of those creatures, called “parasites,” or even animals such as birds. The player takes on the role of The Former Little Boy, who, on the day of his death, is reincarnated with the ability to transcend to the “Light World.”

The game not only takes place in Ray of Light, a fascinating fantasy world. It is also a deeply emotional story that can be enjoyed by fans of roleplaying games. Some of the game’s key elements will certainly appeal to fans of light novels, anime and comics.

CharactersRay of Light is a character-driven game in which the player takes on the role of The Former Little Boy. This boy, with the ability to choose to assume the role of a different Element (earth, fire, water, air, or light) or a different Parasite (e.g. a bird, a squirrel, a river, or a tree), travels the Light World in search of his father. But why is he in the Light World? What role does death play in his life? What role does hope play? How will he handle situations where he may have to sacrifice himself for the sake of others?

These are just some of the questions you’ll be asking during the game! By playing Ray of Light you will quickly become immersed in the world of its fantastic characters and mysteries.
