Something similar to what you are looking for is “Duplicity” – I have used it to duplicate files on home desktop computers (I have two Windows 7 machines at home) and it is very easy to use and intuitive. There is a small Windows/Linux executable that you can install on the target and point the repo to.
I would suggest Microsoft Backup and Replication for SBS.

Snoop-de-dupe is a backup software which locates duplicate files on the same volume. If you have a large data store and a small network, Snoop-de-dupe can save you the headache of manually verifying all of your data is safe and sound. Snoop-de-dupe is built from the ground up to be an extremely simple, easy-to-use tool. Just run it, set the path it should scan to (which will be the name of your server volume – easy!), and then go about your day. When the program is done (no more than a few minutes), you will receive a notification message indicating what your backup software found.
By opening the file, you can verify what exactly is being duplicated. The duplicate data can then be acted upon. You can delete, ignore, replace, etc.
Snoop-de-dupe replaces an older version of DigiDup, which allows you to “tweak” your backup routines.
Snoop-de-dupe is designed to run on the server it is being used, so never interrupt your backup routine with this program running.
See this thread for details on bugs and what you can expect in terms of results.
I am aware of this program; have played with it at times on a server of mine, but with a handful of servers in use, it has never seemed to “be there”, and took up about 1/10th of my computer’s resources on one of my servers, regardless of the amount of data it was supposed to be processing.
As an alternative, I would recommend Duplicati. This is a freeware (yes, really!) that is integrated with your back-end backup system, meaning it is “just like” the same as what your back-end system would do in an on-premise deployment, using a similar architecture to the one you already have in place. From there, it is very easy to schedule the runs, the facility to “set alerts” on the duplicates, and it can even be automatically re-run if the duplicates change size.
I use Duplicati.

Once snoop-de-dupe locates duplicate files then you can respond to them as you choose. You can delete the duplicate files, ignore/keep the duplicate files, or replace the duplicate files with a hard-link (available in WHS/SBS 2011 only). You will be in command of your server storage space like never before!

The present invention relates to an optical connector which permits optical communication to be established between optical devices.
A lens mounted on a transceiver optical element such as a module used for optical communication requires machining which needs a high degree of accuracy. As the lens, generally used are lens molded by a mold. Accordingly, in order to reduce the diameter of the lens, machining accuracy must be increased. Moreover, a method for mounting the optical element on a casing requires high accuracy, and the transceiver optical element has the problem of being inferior in responsiveness to repeated mounting and remounting to the casing. In view of these problems, the optical element is frequently mounted on the casing by a technique wherein conductive metal plates are fixed onto the casing and the lens is mounted on the conductive metal plates to electrically connect them to each other. However, since the conductive metal plates are inserted into holes formed on the casing, and the positions of the conductive metal plates are fixed, the conductive metal plates are easily deformed due to vibration or the like. As a result, it is difficult to electrically connect the transceiver optical element and the casing correctly to each other. Further, since the conductive metal plates are fixed onto the casing, the conductive metal plates cannot be removed due to the resistance to disconnection. For these reasons, the fixing position of the conductive metal plates is adjusted with difficulty.
In view of the above problems, the present invention is intended to provide an optical connector which permits the optical communication
